French Press

Also known as a coffee plunger, you probably have one of these at home already. The french press is the perfect brewing tool for yerba mate because its filter screen is fine enough to keep all the little bits of yerba under the filtration line.

  1. Add one table spoon of yerba mate to your french press.

  2. Top it up with 500ml of boiling water (just below boiling temperature is better).
